PROJECT DETAIL
Complete Hospital Information Systems migration from Meditech to Eclipsys (and other modular software/firmware components). Project covers 144 cost centers / functional areas, with a budget of just over $16 million. ALBEDO lead and managed the Data Consolidation, Build of Materials, and technical efforts by a varied staff of 24 engineers/consultants through project completion.
Methodist had decided to move forward on several initiatives to diversify their entire Electronic Medical Records infrastructure away from a single solution to a highly diversified infrastructure. Some items were implemented to meet Meaningful Use and CPOE objectives while other requirements were meant to provide secure access availability.

Data Migration Plan
As one can imagine, a few little blurbs on this "brag-site" cannot compare to the extreme complexities that are ingrained in migrating a complete hospital infrastructure as was performed with San Jacinto Methodist. However, one thing we can openly share is that we have an outstanding ability to work together as a TEAM! A criitcal component to facilitating seamless communication across divergent skills.
"I had the pleasure to work with Jason while we were providing consulting services to The Methodist Hospital. My ability to be successful was directly connected to Jason creating an entire new new network that would support application testing and data migration. When things became bumpy, Jason jumped in and ensured system available that if not had been completed on time would have delayed the implementation. No hesitation, no complaining as he worked a few 18 hour days with tireless effort. I look forward to working with Jason again knowing that he will always strive for perfection. -Brian U. -Oracle Retail Test Lead"
"Jason proved himself to be extremely knowledgeable and professional while working as the Infrastructure Manager at Methodist Hospital. He was detailed, results oriented and offered assistance whenever needed in order to get the job completed. His skill set served the client and his team well which resulted in meeting the client's goals for the project. It was a pleasure working with him and I hope to work with him again in the future.
